RNC say, “just before 7 p.m., officers found a sexual act occurring between a man and a woman.”

46-year-old, Rodney Pardy, of St. John’s, was arrested and charged on Monday past following an alleged sexual assault against a woman at the bus stop located at the Village Shopping Centre parking lot on Saturday shortly before 7 p.m.
Upon arrival, responding officers located a male and female at a bus stop engaging in a sexual act.
The RNC’s Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit was called in by responding officers to investigate.
Pardy is seeking to be released back into the public, as his bail hearing is scheduled for tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Provincial Court.
